Known Issues

  • Stuck on Loading: In certain situations, try clearing your browser’s cookies and cache to resolve the issue. For Android or iOS app users, uninstall and reinstall the app to address the issue.
  • Buying and Selling Transactions in Test Environment: Orders are currently processed in a test environment, which may result in longer processing times.
  • Stock Market Closed: When the stock market is closed, we attempt to match your order with a counterpart. In this version, only exact amount matches are supported.
  • Mobile MetaMask Connections: Some users may experience unstable connections with MetaMask on mobile. If this occurs, please refresh your browser, close the MetaMask app, and attempt the connection again.
  • Incorrect Balance Display: In certain cases, the app may not reflect the correct balance. To resolve this, please refresh your browser.
  • Post-Transaction Balance Display: After completing a transaction, the app may not immediately update the balance. Refreshing your browser should correct this.
  • iOS App Blank Screen: On iOS, the app may display a blank screen after a period of inactivity. If you encounter this, please close and reopen the app.
  • Display Issues on Certain Resolutions: At some screen resolutions, content or assets may not render correctly in the app. We’re working to optimize this experience across all devices.
